Projeto Destaque Club&Casa

Fotos: Mariana Orsi

The interior space features a prominent wood slat wall with vertical orientation. Two floating shelves are mounted on the wall, displaying decorative objects. The top shelf holds a wooden sculpture and books, while the bottom shelf features books topped with a decorative crown. Below the shelves, a white built-in counter houses a bar setup with various liquor bottles and glassware. Indirect lighting illuminates the scene.

A modern residential indoor open-plan space features a dining area and a kitchen. The flooring is gray ceramic tiles. The dining area has a round, bright blue pedestal table with a glass top, surrounded by four blue upholstered armchairs with metal legs. A silver translucent drum pendant light hangs above the table. The kitchen area has gray cabinetry and a white backsplash with a geometric pattern. Appliances include a stainless steel freestanding refrigerator. Three black metal grid seat bar stools are positioned at a white countertop. Recessed and indirect lighting is present.

On a nearby wall are framed abstract artworks and a clock. A bar area with black wire stools is visible in the background. Materials include fabric, wood, concrete, and glass. The lighting is a mix of natural and neutral artificial light from pendant and indirect sources. The space is well-styled and has low clutter.

A long, narrow modern kitchen features a prominent white stone countertop island with gray cabinetry and an integrated sink and faucet. Opposite, a wall of integrated cabinetry houses stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator and oven. The floor is tiled in large gray ceramic tiles. Indirect lighting illuminates the space, creating a clean and minimalist aesthetic. A washing machine is visible in the background.

This is a wide-angle shot of a modern residential kitchen. The primary surface is a high-gloss white stone island with a waterfall edge. A black undermount sink and chrome gooseneck faucet are integrated into the island. The walls are painted a neutral gray, and the floor is natural wood. A modern blue upholstered armchair is visible to the left. Above the island, a contemporary abstract artwork featuring red, white, and black geometric shapes hangs on the wall. A grey and black wall-mounted air conditioning unit is positioned high on the wall. Recessed and indirect lighting illuminate the space. The setting is indoor with a residential use and an open-plan layout.

A wood-slat wall provides a warm natural wood backdrop with floating shelves displaying decor. Recessed and indirect lighting illuminates the space, supplemented by a large white fabric pendant light over a dining area. A television is mounted on the wood-slat wall. A modern bedroom features a wide shot of the space with a dominant neutral color palette. The floor is finished in light gray microcement, extending to the walls which are also painted gray. A white ceiling with recessed and indirect lighting fixtures is visible. The primary furniture piece is a queen-size bed with a beige upholstered headboard and a textured beige blanket. To the left, a large, full-height mirrored wardrobe with sliding doors dominates the wall. A white interior door with a silver handle is present. Light gray, floor-to-ceiling curtains cover a window on the right side of the room, allowing moderate natural light. Built-in storage is a key architectural feature.

Carlos Navero Arquitetura & Design
