CASA VIRAZON I — Alejandra Pan Arquitectura — Nordelta, Benavidez, Pro

This is a render of a modern, two-story residential facade with a pool area and garden patio. The structure features extensive floor-to-ceiling windows with black metal framing, creating a dramatic contrast with the beige stone cladding on various sections of the exterior walls. The upper level has exposed black metal beams supporting a flat roof, and a black metal pergola extends over a portion of the outdoor space. A built-in BBQ grill is integrated into the outdoor kitchen area. The pool is rectangular with a stone edge and is surrounded by a concrete patio. Some vegetation is visible in the background, suggesting a rural setting. Indirect lighting appears to be used.

This is a wide shot render of a modern two-story residential house facade. The architecture features layered rectangular volumes with cantilevered upper levels. The primary material is exposed concrete in a gray hue, contrasted with sections of dark gray metal cladding and extensive floor-to-ceiling glass windows. A small portion of the facade incorporates natural wood accents. The outdoor space includes a paved driveway and some planters with green vegetation. The lighting appears to be natural sunlight with warm artificial recessed and indirect lighting integrated into the structure.
