A modern residential facade features a large, flat roof extending over a paved outdoor patio area. The patio is furnished with several wood lounge chairs and planters with abundant green vegetation. A low brick retaining wall overlooks a body of water with a distant town. Floor-to-ceiling windows are visible on the right side of the structure, and trees frame the left side of the composition. The lighting is natural and abundant, with some visible indirect and recessed artificial sources.

A minimalist interior features a floating staircase with treads and risers made of natural wood. The wall adjacent to the staircase is painted white and features a wooden handrail that runs diagonally up the stairs. The wall surface above the staircase transition is clad in light wood panels. Recessed indirect lighting illuminates the space. The overall impression is clean and modern with a focus on natural materials.

This is a wide-angle shot of an open-plan dining and living area. The floor is laid with light wood planks. The walls are primarily white, with one accent wall featuring natural wood paneling. A rectangular natural wood dining table is centered, surrounded by upholstered beige chairs. In the adjacent living area, a beige fabric sofa and armchair provide seating. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer abundant natural light and a view of the coastal exterior. Neutral artificial lighting is provided by indirect sources and black spherical pendant lights. The space is finished and styled with low clutter.

A modern, open-plan kitchen features an abundance of natural light from a large window. The primary surfaces include a high-share natural wood floor and high-share white cabinetry. Dominant objects are built-in white handleless cabinetry with an integrated oven and a stainless steel built-in refrigerator. A white modern island with a wooden countertop serves as a focal point. The artificial lighting is neutral, with indirect and recessed sources. Built-in storage and indirect lighting are notable features.

A modern residential interior features a long hallway with seamless wood paneled walls and built-in storage. The floor is laid with natural wood planks. A large, geometric pendant light with clear crystal elements hangs from the ceiling, providing warm artificial lighting. Sheer white floor-to-ceiling curtains cover a window, allowing moderate natural light. A dark wood table is placed in the background.

This is a wide shot of a modern living room with abundant natural light streaming through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of water and trees. The flooring is natural wood, and a prominent stone wall in a beige hue is visible on the right. Built-in wood shelving is integrated into a wall, featuring a light wood finish. A dark gray fabric upholstered armless chair is placed on the floor, with a glass-top table featuring metal legs nearby. A tall white ceramic vase sits on the table. Recessed and indirect artificial lighting is also present. The overall setting is indoor and the space is styled.

This is a wide-angle outdoor photograph showcasing the facade of a modern residential building. The left side of the image features a stone facade with a rough texture in beige tones. A narrow horizontal window with a warm yellow interior light is visible on this facade. To the right, a large expanse of smooth gray concrete wall curves into the background. A paved area with dark gray gravel leads towards a modern deck area in the distance. Lush green vegetation is visible along the right side of the image. The setting sun casts a warm, orange glow across the sky, visible above a suburban landscape in the background. Recessed and indirect lighting elements are subtly integrated.
