This is a render of a modern, minimalist, single-story residence. The facade is primarily white concrete with contrasting gray concrete elements. It features a prominent cantilevered roof over a covered porch area. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are visible, allowing ample natural light. Some tropical vegetation is present around the base of the structure. The architectural style is clean and geometric.

This is a render of a modern, two-story house facade with a prominent carport. The facade features a mix of materials, including large sections of white concrete and a significant portion clad in rough-hewn, beige-toned stone. A dark metal railing delineates the upper level and a small balcony. Large windows, some appearing to be floor-to-ceiling, are visible. A flat roof is implied by the clean lines. The ground level has a driveway leading to the carport, a stone-clad entrance area with a wooden door, and a concrete walkway with steps. Green vegetation surrounds the property, and a person is standing near the entrance. Indirect lighting is integrated into the architectural design.

This is a wide shot of a modern single-family house facade under a bright blue sky. The house features a mix of materials including significant stone cladding on the right section and smooth gray and white concrete elements on the main structure and cantilevered sections. A car port is visible on the left, supported by stone-clad pillars. The entrance has large, dark wooden double doors flanked by narrow windows. The driveway and walkway are paved with stone tiles in various patterns. A bare tree with thin branches stands in front of the right side of the house. The landscaping is minimal with some dry grass and dirt patches visible. The overall architectural style is modern, with clean lines and geometric forms. The setting appears to be mountainous.

This is a floor plan of a modern residential building, showing a spacious open-plan living area. The primary flooring material is natural wood throughout the main living spaces. Walls and ceilings are finished in white. The layout includes a large living room with an L-shaped sofa, a dining area with a rectangular wooden table, and a kitchen area with an island. A staircase leads to an upper level containing a bedroom. Large windows are visible in the living area, suggesting abundant natural light. Indirect lighting is incorporated into the design.

This is an architectural floor plan. It shows a single-story layout with labeled rooms. Room 1 appears to be an entrance or hallway. Room 2 is a large open space, likely a living and dining area. Room 3 is a smaller room. Room 4 is designated as a bedroom. Room 5 is a bathroom. Room 6 contains a toilet. Room 7 is likely a small closet or utility space. The plan includes dimensions and labels in Spanish.
