Residencia en barrio privado a 10 minutos del centro.

A modern, two-story house with a flat roof is presented in a wide outdoor shot. The facade prominently features a mix of large, irregularly shaped natural stone panels and smooth, light beige stucco. A significant portion of the lower facade is clad in the stone, creating a strong visual contrast with the stucco. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are visible, suggesting a connection between interior and exterior spaces. The entrance is partially obscured by tall, lush green grasses. A stone pathway leads towards the house, with additional manicured landscaping and grass surrounding the property. The overall impression is one of contemporary design with natural material integration.

The facade of a modern house features a prominent stone-clad volume with a tall, narrow window. Adjacent to it is a smooth, beige concrete section with sharp angles, creating a contrasting geometric composition. The ground level is surrounded by abundant, tall ornamental grasses and neatly manicured lawn areas, interspersed with rocks and smaller plants. Concrete pathways lead to the entrance. The house appears to be a single-family dwelling with multiple levels and a flat roof.

A modern house facade features a prominent wall constructed of mixed-color, natural stone. Adjacent to this is a section of the building with a beige-colored finish, including a dark-framed window. A stone-clad planter is integrated into the foreground. Surrounding the architecture is lush, natural vegetation, including tall grasses and trees, suggesting a rural or semi-rural setting. The sky is partly cloudy.

A facade features a large, rustic wooden door with vertical planks set between a stacked stone wall and a light-colored concrete wall. The entrance is approached by a wide set of steps paved with irregular, mixed-color stone tiles. The stacked stone wall has a textured surface with irregularly shaped stones in earthy tones of brown, yellow, and gray. A modern concrete overhang with recessed lighting is visible above the door. To the right of the entrance, greenery and landscaping are present. The overall aesthetic blends rustic and modern elements.

This is a wide shot of a modern, open-plan living and dining area. The floor is covered in large, beige stone tiles. Walls are painted a light beige, and the ceiling is white. A large, sectional sofa in a beige fabric anchors the living space, complemented by a taupe tufted armchair. A low, rectangular wooden coffee table sits on a geometric patterned rug with cream and brown tones. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that allow abundant natural light. Indirect lighting is incorporated into the ceiling design. A framed abstract artwork hangs on one wall. Sheer off-white curtains add softness. The dining area is visible with a table and chairs, though less prominent.

A wide-angle photo captures a modern, open-plan kitchen with a large, white, rectangular island as the focal point. Three clear glass orb pendant lights hang above the island, providing warm artificial lighting. The cabinetry is white gloss with a handleless design, complemented by a white countertop. A marble-like backsplash adds a touch of texture behind the sink area. The floor is beige ceramic tile. A stainless steel chimney-style extractor is mounted above a built-in oven and cooktop. Two chrome and black bar stools are positioned at the island. Natural light enters from large windows obscured by blinds. Indirect lighting is also present.

This is a wide shot of a minimalist bedroom. The walls are covered in a gray microcement finish, and the floor is made of beige stone tiles. The ceiling is white. A queen-sized bed with a white upholstered headboard and white linens is the focal point, covered with a beige throw blanket. To the right of the bed is a white wooden nightstand with a drawer. A large, shaggy beige rug covers most of the stone floor. Sheer white floor-to-ceiling curtains are visible on the left. A single copper dome pendant light hangs above the bed. Indirect lighting illuminates the wall.

This is a wide shot of a luxurious modern bathroom with extensive beige marble_like wall paneling and flooring. A large, integrated stone countertop with a rectangular sink is the focal point, featuring a modern chrome wall-mounted faucet. A large frameless mirror hangs above the vanity, reflecting the abundant natural and warm artificial light, which comes from recessed and indirect sources. A glass shower enclosure is visible in the background, and built-in beige cabinetry offers storage. The ceiling is white.

A wide shot captures a modern residential property with a prominent outdoor pool area. The pool features a striking infinity edge and is bordered by a concrete deck. Adjacent to the pool is a facade of the house with large floor-to-ceiling windows. A minimalist pergola extends over a portion of the patio area. The house itself has a facade predominantly constructed from concrete and stone. The surrounding area is landscaped with green grass and some vegetation, including a large planter with greenery. The scene is illuminated by abundant natural light.

A minimalist modern bathroom features a beige wall with a long, narrow window revealing a stone texture inside. A large rectangular mirror reflects the opposite wall, which contains two recessed shelf niches. The vanity is a monolithic structure with an integrated marble-like sink and a chrome faucet. The floor is also marble-like. Recessed and indirect lighting are present, creating a clean and serene atmosphere.
