Vivienda de fin de semana — Arquitecto Gustavo Maidana — Paso de la Pa

This is a rendering of a modern, single-story residential house with a flat roof. The facade is predominantly white, smooth concrete, featuring large, floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a paved patio area. The windows are expansive, allowing for abundant natural light. The surrounding area is a manicured green lawn with some scattered trees. The architecture emphasizes clean lines and geometric forms. The patio floor appears to be concrete.

This is a render of a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a connected kitchen. The floor is covered in natural wood planks. Walls are painted white, and recessed ceiling lights provide illumination. A large, modular white sofa and a gray armchair are arranged in the living space, with a neutral-toned rug. A tall green plant in a planter adds a touch of nature. The dining area features a wood-topped dining table. The kitchen has white cabinetry and white countertops. A landscape painting hangs on the wall.

This is a rendering of a modern residential house featuring an outdoor pool area. The facade is primarily white concrete with large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors leading to a deck. A geometric swimming pool occupies the foreground, bordered by a beige tiled area. An outdoor dining set with wicker chairs and a geometric patio umbrella are visible on the deck. The house has a flat roof and is situated in a suburban exterior context with some vegetation. Indirect lighting is integrated into the architectural design. The backyard also includes a BBQ grill and planters.

This is a wide render of a modern, white concrete facade of a large, single-storey residential house. The house features several large, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, some of which are partially obscured by a white pergola structure. A dark wood-like door is visible on the left side. The facade is illuminated by warm indirect lighting. In the foreground, a neatly mowed green lawn leads to the house. To the right, a section of a swimming pool with a beige tiled surround is visible, complete with a white umbrella and outdoor dining furniture. The background shows scattered trees and a blue sky with white clouds. The architectural style is distinctly modern, with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic.
