Proyecto Moreno

Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina

A modern Scandinavian open-plan studio apartment features a sleeping area divided by a wooden screen. The main wall is white, with natural wood floors throughout. A king-size platform bed with built-in storage sits in the bedroom area, complemented by two black metal wall sconces. The living and dining area includes a gray sectional sofa, a round black rug, a round dining table with a wooden base, and four light gray dining chairs. Indirect ceiling lighting and a few wall lights provide artificial illumination, with moderate natural light entering from windows.

A modern bedroom features a bed with white linens and brown throw pillows against a grey fabric headboard. A minimalist, natural wood bedside table sits to the left, holding a clear spray bottle and a glass diffuser. A black metal wall sconce is mounted above the bedside table. Indirect warm LED lighting illuminates the top of the wall panels and the white ceiling. The floor is a dark wood. A white light switch is visible on the headboard.

An interior view shows a wide-angle shot of a residential living area under construction. The space features a transition from gray tile flooring in the foreground to natural wood plank flooring in the background. A prominent feature is a vertical wood slat partition separating areas. White painted walls and tall, white built-in cabinetry are visible. Natural light streams in from behind the wood slat partition, suggesting a window. The area is empty, with blue tape marking guidelines on the tile floor, indicating ongoing work.

This is a wide shot of a modern living room with a large, plush gray velvet sectional sofa as the focal point. To the right, a slatted wood wall paneling creates a warm, textured backdrop. A dark, round metal and glass coffee table sits in front of the sofa on a gray rug. Above the coffee table, a framed black and white artwork is displayed on a floating wood shelf unit, complemented by minimal built-in storage. Indirect and recessed lighting provides a warm ambiance.

The image shows an empty room with wooden flooring and white walls. A large floor-to-ceiling window with a black frame dominates one wall, offering a view of an urban exterior with buildings. A partial wooden partition is visible on the left side of the room, extending from the floor. Blue tape is used to mark a rectangular area on the wooden floor, possibly for furniture placement or to delineate a zone. The ceiling is white and features a single light fixture. The room is well-lit by natural light coming through the window.

A modern and Scandinavian style living and dining area with a grey floor and walls. A large grey sectional sofa is the focal point, paired with a round glass-top dining table with wooden accents and grey upholstered chairs. A prominent wood slat partition divides the space. Indirect and recessed lighting is visible. A large mirror reflects the room.

This is a modern bedroom featuring a large bed with white bedding and a grey throw. The walls are white with integrated indirect lighting that runs along the ceiling and behind a wall panel. Sheer white curtains cover a large window or glass door on the right side of the room. A small wooden side table is present to the left of the bed, with a black metal wall light above it. A black square pendant light is mounted on the ceiling. The floor is made of natural wood laid in a diagonal pattern. The overall atmosphere is clean, minimalist, and serene, with warm artificial lighting complementing the natural light.

A bedroom features a large, upholstered headboard in a neutral gray fabric. Three pillows are arranged on the bed, with two large dark brown linen-like pillows and one medium-sized black and white patterned pillow. Indirect warm lighting is visible along the top of the headboard, and a black adjustable wall sconce is mounted to the right. The bed is covered in white bedding. The overall aesthetic is modern and styled for hospitality.

A modern living room features a large flat-screen television mounted on a white wall above a grey floating cabinet. The wall behind the television is adorned with a prominent wood slat paneling. The floor is covered in natural wood planks. Two black round sculptures are placed on the left side of the cabinet. On the right side, a white cylindrical candle and other small decorative objects are visible. Indirect lighting provides a warm ambiance. A round black glass coffee table is situated in front of the seating area, partially visible at the bottom of the frame.
