Vivienda A periodista — Andrades Construcciones — Parque Chas, Cdad.

A person's arm is visible, holding a thin black object that emits a blue light beam. The beam extends across a white ceiling and down a white wall. Below, a floor with a natural wood finish is visible. A small white disc-like object is placed on the floor. The space appears to be an indoor residential area with indirect artificial lighting. The lighting is neutral in color.

This is a wide shot of a modern Scandinavian-style interior with an open-plan living and kitchen area. The flooring is natural wood-like planks. The walls are painted white. The kitchen features a white island with a wood countertop and a white cabinet with open shelving. There are black metal wall-mounted shelves visible. Three white bar stools with wooden seats are placed around the island. Recessed and pendant lighting are visible.
