A modern two-story house features a prominent concrete facade with large floor-to-ceiling windows reflecting the warm light of autumn. The house is set within a forest landscape with vibrant orange and yellow foliage from deciduous trees. A wet asphalt driveway leads to the entrance, scattered with fallen leaves. Ornamental grasses and other low-lying plants with autumnal colors surround the base of the building. The sky is cloudy with patches of blue and a warm sunlight filtering through.

A wide-angle render showcases a modern, multi-level residential facade bathed in warm, natural light. The exterior is characterized by prominent horizontal lines and a blend of natural wood paneling and smooth gray concrete. Extensive floor-to-ceiling windows offer views into the interior and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. A modern pergola extends over a portion of the ground level, providing shade. A sleek, minimalist swimming pool is visible in the foreground, surrounded by lush, prominent vegetation. Outdoor furniture, including low-slung white sofas and chairs, are arranged on a concrete deck. Indirect artificial lighting is subtly integrated into the architecture, enhancing the warm ambiance during dusk or evening hours.

A modern two-story residential facade is rendered with clean lines and a minimalist aesthetic. The exterior features extensive use of light-colored metal paneling on the upper level and stone-like cladding on the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors dominate the ground level, offering views into the interior and access to outdoor spaces. A wooden deck wraps around the ground floor, leading to a patio area with modern outdoor furniture. The upper level has a cantilevered section with a green roof and integrated planters. The surrounding landscape includes mature trees, a manicured lawn, and a swimming pool area with lounge chairs. The overall impression is one of sophisticated indoor-outdoor living.

This is a render of a spacious, open-plan semi-outdoor residential area, primarily functioning as a dining room with a secondary living room space. The area features a high ceiling made of concrete in white and a floor of gray stone tiles. A large dining table with a wood top is surrounded by beige fabric chairs. Adjacent is a lounge area with modern outdoor furniture. Extensive floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors connect the space to the exterior. Natural light is abundant, complemented by warm artificial lighting from recessed fixtures, indirect sources, and minimalist black pendant and floor lamps. Some vegetation is visible, enhancing the connection to nature.

A wide exterior render shows a modern, two-story house with a flat roof and cantilevered upper level. The facade is primarily composed of smooth concrete in a light gray hue. Extensive floor-to-ceiling windows are visible on both levels, with horizontal louvers on the upper floor. A dark-colored recessed garage area on the ground floor houses a vintage green sports car. The surrounding landscape features a paved driveway with fallen leaves, areas of grass, and dense hedges, with mature trees framing the scene. A single person is visible walking in the distance on the property.

ELEGIMOS materiales nobles, puros.
DAMOS FORMA al “habitar”. Hacemos casas para vivir y disfrutar.
