A modern two-story residential facade features a distinct brutalist style with exposed concrete elements. The primary facade material is matte black, contrasting with raw concrete for the upper structure and horizontal accents. Numerous floor-to-ceiling windows with white frames are strategically placed. A paved driveway with horizontal wood-like planks leads to the dark entrance door. The surrounding area includes some vegetation and is situated in a suburban context.

The facade of a modern house features a prominent exposed concrete beam. The main facade is painted black and includes floor-to-ceiling windows and a dark, minimalist door. The ground floor has narrow vertical windows. The paving in front of the house is made of grey rectangular bricks. A pathway of concrete slabs leads to the entrance. Some vegetation is visible in planters. The sky is cloudy, reflecting in the large windows.

The exterior facade of a modern residential building features a contrasting mix of materials. The primary material is rough, unfinished concrete, forming prominent horizontal bands and structural elements. This is juxtaposed with a dark, matte-finished facade section that hosts large, floor-to-ceiling windows. These windows are framed by black metal, allowing ample natural light into the interior. A small portion of exposed brickwork in a terracotta color is visible on the side, adding a warmer texture. A tall, black metal street lamp stands prominently in the foreground, partially obscuring the view of the building. The architectural style leans towards modern with brutalist influences, emphasizing raw materials and clean lines. The setting is suburban with no visible vegetation.

A wide outdoor shot showcases a facade with large floor-to-ceiling windows. The wall is a dark black brick. In front of the wall is a long, rectangular planter made of terracotta-colored brick. Several palm plants are arranged within this planter. To the left, a small, round black plastic planter holds a different type of plant. The ground in front of the planter is a light beige concrete. The overall setting is urban.

This is a wide shot of a modern residential interior featuring a double-height space with floating concrete stairs. A person walks up the stairs, holding onto a black metal railing. The walls are primarily finished in light gray concrete, and the floors are large format gray ceramic tiles. Large windows on the left allow abundant natural light. A black planter with a green plant is visible near the stairs. The architectural style is modern with clean lines and emphasis on concrete materials.

This is a wide-angle photo of a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area. The floor is tiled in a light gray ceramic. The walls and ceiling are painted white. A prominent kitchen island with a concrete countertop and a wood base is centrally located. There are white, handleless cabinets along the wall. A large concrete dining table with a wood base is paired with white chairs featuring wood frames and metal legs. A black dome pendant light hangs above the table. Built-in storage is integrated into the cabinetry. Stainless steel built-in appliances include an oven and cooktop. Natural light enters moderately from unseen windows. Artificial lighting comes from recessed and indirect sources, as well as the pendant light.

This is a wide indoor photograph of a modern industrial-style residential space. The primary area visible is a hallway and staircase featuring a floating staircase with dark metal railings and wooden treads. The floor is a light beige marble-like material, and the walls are primarily gray exposed concrete. The ceiling is also exposed concrete. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are present on one wall, allowing abundant natural light. A low, natural wood coffee table sits on the floor in the foreground. Artificial lighting appears to be recessed and indirect, with a neutral color temperature. The space is empty and staged for sale.

A modern interior features a wide shot of a staircase with a black metal railing and floating steps. Large floor-to-ceiling windows with white frames dominate the left side, allowing abundant natural light. The ceiling and walls are concrete in gray and white, respectively. A prominent black metal railing lines the stairs, leading down to a lower level. An industrial-style pendant light with a circular metal cage hangs above. Some vegetation is visible in the background through the windows.

Recessed lighting provides neutral illumination. The space appears to be a residential hallway or stairwell.

An indoor shot of an empty room with a wide angle view. The ceiling is made of exposed concrete in a gray color, covering a high share of the visual. The floor is made of natural wood planks with high share. The walls are painted beige with medium share. A large floor-to-ceiling window on the left reveals a brick exterior. A prominent wicker drum pendant light hangs from the ceiling, casting warm artificial light. Indirect lighting is also present.

This is a wide shot of a modern semi-outdoor balcony terrace with a dark grey facade and a terracotta brick chimney. The floor is tiled in a light beige ceramic. A black metal railing runs along the length of the terrace. The background shows a white building with exposed scaffolding-like elements against a cloudy sky. The space is empty and appears to be finished. A partially open door reveals a glimpse into an interior room with wooden flooring.

The facade features a strong contrast between exposed red brick and horizontal-lined concrete. A black band runs across the upper section, above floor-to-ceiling windows with a black metal railing. The concrete has a textured, striated appearance, likely from the formwork. The overall aesthetic is modern and robust, with a clear division of materials and forms.
