The building features two stories with a flat roof and a prominent cantilevered upper floor clad in gray concrete and black metal accents. Large floor-to-ceiling windows dominate the lower level and wrap around the corner of the upper floor. The entrance is recessed and features subtle indirect lighting. Minimalist landscaping with grasses and shrubs surrounds the property. Two modern cars, a black sedan and a gray SUV, are parked in front of the house. The lighting is natural and abundant, with warm artificial lighting visible in recessed fixtures.

Outdoor furniture, including lounge chairs and a coffee table, is strategically placed on the deck and surrounding lawn. The property is surrounded by mature trees and lush vegetation, suggesting a suburban or semi-rural setting. The architectural design emphasizes clean lines and a connection between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Indirect and recessed lighting is visible, providing a warm ambiance.

This is a render of a two-story modern residential house. The facade features a combination of smooth beige concrete panels and a darker gray concrete upper level with a cantilevered section. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are visible on the ground floor, suggesting an open-plan interior. The exterior is softened by abundant vegetation, including ornamental grasses and trees. A paved walkway leads to the entrance, flanked by low stone planters. Integrated indirect lighting illuminates the facade. A light gray modular outdoor seating set is placed on a stone patio area. A silver sedan is parked in the driveway. The roof appears to be flat.

A wide-angle render showcases a semi-outdoor living space connected to a garden patio. The primary feature is an expansive covered terrace with a slatted wood ceiling and wood flooring. Large floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors connect the interior living area to the exterior. Furniture includes a beige modular wicker-like sofa and outdoor dining chairs with cushions, surrounding a rectangular wood table. Cylindrical concrete planters are strategically placed. This is a semi-outdoor render showcasing a modern residential space. The primary surface is a gray concrete floor, contrasted by a natural wood slatted ceiling and wood paneling on one wall. Another wall features exposed terracotta brick, and a large circular concrete-like structure with a significant circular window is visible on the left. The space is defined by vertical brick columns and wooden slats that create a decorative screen. Floor-to-ceiling windows are present, partially covered by translucent white sheer curtains. A tall cylindrical concrete planter with some vegetation is a prominent object. Artificial lighting includes recessed and indirect warm lighting, with a few black cylindrical pendant lights visible. The setting feels like a covered patio or walkway connecting different parts of a house.

A modern open-plan kitchen features a large, central island with a white marble-like countertop and waterfall edges, providing ample workspace and seating. The cabinetry is constructed from natural wood with a smooth finish, extending from floor to ceiling in some areas, offering abundant built-in storage. Recessed and indirect lighting sources illuminate the space with a warm ambiance. The kitchen seamlessly integrates with a dining area, indicated by chairs surrounding the island. Black pendant lights are positioned above the island. Appliances such as the oven and cooktop are integrated into the cabinetry.
