HOUSING 07 RLM — FEDERICO URFER | ARQUITECTO | Landhi

This is a wide outdoor shot of a modern, brutalist-style residential facade. The architecture features prominent geometric volumes constructed from poured concrete, contrasting with a lower section clad in gray brick. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are integrated into the concrete elements. A deck area with low concrete seating is visible in front, and a pergola partially shades the space. Some vegetation is present, and a couple of people are seated on the outdoor furniture. The setting is suburban with a clear blue sky.

An aerial wide shot captures a suburban commercial area under a clear blue sky. The scene is dominated by a long row of low-rise buildings with modern facades. Prominent features include extensive solar panel arrays installed on many of the roofs, suggesting a focus on sustainability. The buildings have a mix of materials, with a strong presence of concrete-like finishes and dark metal accents, interspersed with large glass storefronts. A paved road runs in front of the buildings, lined with trees and some landscaping. The surrounding area is characterized by more vegetation and rolling hills in the distance.

A wide shot showcases the exterior of a modern and brutalist-style house. The architecture features strong geometric forms and the prominent use of raw concrete on its walls and facade. A deep overhang, supported by thin metal columns, extends over a paved area, creating a covered patio space. The ground is covered with a beige stone-like material. The house has a flat roof, typical of modern design. Trees with sparse foliage surround the property, indicating a rural or semi-rural setting. A single person in blue clothing is visible walking in the covered area, adding a sense of scale and life to the scene. The overall impression is one of minimalist design and robust materiality.

This is a wide exterior shot of a modern, brutalist-style residential building. The facade is characterized by prominent, stacked volumes of exposed concrete in a light gray finish. These concrete elements are juxtaposed with sections of dark gray brick walls. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors are integrated into the design, offering glimpses into the interior and potentially a courtyard. The ground level features a concrete floor and walkway. Some minimal vegetation is present. The setting appears to be urban.

A modern brutalist residential facade features raw concrete walls with a contrasting gray brick wall on the left. Rectangular concrete volumes project outwards, creating layered sections. Large floor-to-ceiling windows are integrated into the concrete structure, suggesting ample natural light. A covered walkway or entrance is visible beneath one of the concrete overhangs. The exterior context appears urban with some surrounding vegetation. The overall aesthetic is minimalist and geometric, emphasizing the textures and forms of the concrete and brick materials.

A wide exterior shot of a modern, two-story residential building. The facade features contrasting materials: a large volume of raw, exposed concrete on the left, and dark gray, almost black, walls on the right. A prominent architectural element is a perforated screen made of gray concrete blocks, positioned in front of the lower level on the left. A cantilevered dark metal roof structure extends over a driveway area. Large, dark-framed windows, some appearing floor-to-ceiling, are visible. The setting is urban with some sparse vegetation. The overall impression is one of clean lines and geometric forms.

The image showcases a modern, brutalist-style residential facade with a strong emphasis on geometric forms and raw materials. The primary building elements are constructed from exposed concrete in large, cantilevered volumes and dark gray brick in a repeating pattern. The facade is divided into distinct, offset rectangular sections, creating a dynamic and textured appearance. The ground level features a gray concrete floor with dark pebble inlays forming linear patterns. The overall color palette is monochromatic, dominated by various shades of gray, with minimal architectural details to distract from the structural and material qualities. The clear blue sky and bright sunlight cast sharp shadows, further defining the building's sharp edges and volumetric composition.

A wide-angle exterior photo showcases a modern residential building with a distinctive brutalist influence. The facade is predominantly constructed from raw, gray concrete, featuring geometric volumes and sharp angles. Several sections of the building incorporate floor-to-ceiling windows with black frames, allowing natural light to enter. Protruding box-like elements, finished in a dark gray, add visual interest and depth to the structure. The building is situated in a suburban setting with visible vegetation, including some trees and greenery, around its base and in the background. The sky is clear blue, indicating a sunny day.
